At the Career Centre, we offer you the tools and training you need to manage your career successfully in a global and multicultural context.
We support our Alumni in their change of jobs, train them to pass the recruitment process, and help them progress. Because your success is our success.
The Careers Department has developed a close relationship with many companies to find solutions that meet the companies’ recruitment needs and the professional growth aspirations of CEU Alumni. We want to help you make your move into the world of work a success!
We develop talent
The world of work is in constant evolution. Social changes, consumer habits, new technologies, the economic crisis, political decisions and globalisation are all factors that influence the labour market.
For this reason, we are constantly carrying out exclusive research into the world of work internationally and in Spain, forecasting changes in the market, offering news on trends in talent strategy (how companies attract, hire, compensate, retain and develop talent), and conducting specific studies on the world’s growing economies.

We will advise you in your choice of a professional field, supporting the decision-making process, based on knowledge of the Alumni’s potential and the real opportunities in the labour market..

We nurture, cultivate and stimulate your entrepreneurial spirit. Our programmes and consultants will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to make the most of your business project and become a successful entrepreneur.

We offer you unique opportunities to connect with professionals, entrepreneurs, other alumni and specialists linked to your future professional activity.
