Share your talent by supporting the personal and professional development of other CEU Alumni
Who is it aimed at?
To participate as a mentor in the programme it is essential to be a CEU Alumni, with sound knowledge and extensive experience at management level, as well as the desire to share your talent to support the personal and professional development of other CEU Alumni. It is necessary to have initiative and more than fifteen years’ professional experience, preferably in active and managerial positions, and a desire to help and guide others and to learn and develop leadership skills in the process, and be willing to assume the role of advisor or professional role model.
Structure and content
WHY SHOULD YOU PARTICIPATE?
Your time spent in the classrooms of the CEU left its mark on your personality, on the way you work, on your feelings of empathy towards others and towards the society we live in, on how you interpret everything around you.
At CEU you acquired the basis to start your career. It was the first step towards transforming society and carrying the CEU brand with pride. To participate as a mentor in the programme it is essential to be a CEU Alumni, with sound knowledge and extensive experience at management level, as well as the desire to share your talent to support the personal and professional development of other CEU Alumni.

At CEU Alumni we want to offer you the possibility of becoming an active part of our institution again. If you think you meet the requirements to be a mentor and, more importantly, the idea of working with young alumni appeals to you, this is also a great opportunity for you to boost your own personal growth.
We will create a network of mentees, young people graduated after 2010, who need your experience as a guide and who want to improve as professionals.

CEU ALUMNI
The CEU Alumni Association, two decades after its creation in 1997, has become one of the most important
alumni associations in Spain, with over 30,000 members in more than 40 countries.
The Association carries out activities linked to the continuous improvement of its members’ training, promotes networking activities through its functional and sectorial clubs and provides access to different services of interest, such as the job bank.
